Alternating heat and sub-zero temperatures are applied directly to the skin to permeate sensitive subcutaneous fat cells and release toxicity accumulated over time through diet and environmental exposure. Once released, these fatty toxins exit the body naturally through the kidneys, circulatory and lymphatic systems. Clients often schedule half sessions to allow for more frequent shorter sessions and/or to address smaller treatment areas such as the arms, love handles or back fat.
