Description:      Are you interested in changing your health but don’t know where to start?  How do I shop at the grocery store? How often should I eat? Where should I go to an start an exercise routine? Making a decision to change everything can be overwhelming. Spend an hour with Tracey Auber, CRYO850’s Transformation Coach to learn about her personal story of how she lost 143 pounds and made the necessary changes through health and fitness to change her life. Learn about Tracy’s coaching program to jump start your own personal journey.

Description:       One hour of mind and body connection through guided movement. Explore movement and emotion to promote your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Relax and let loose while learning to move your body freely.

Movement encourages our bodies to let go of physical tension that contributes to disease, to express feelings, and develop self-awareness. In this class you will bypass the conscious mind and bring emotional and physical unconscious tendencies) to light. Each class begins with a warm up and stretch followed by a variety of movements. Explore subtle movement, everyday movements, and improvisational dance as Coach Jessica gives voice cues to incorporate many different approaches to movement.

Description:   One hour of highly effective self-treatment approach for treating muscle soreness and long- term stress patterns using foam rollers and therapy balls.

This class uses the latest scientific understandings of connective tissue combined with an intuitive approach to treating tension in the body. We will utilize foam rollers and therapy balls to target and relieve key areas of tension in the body as well as post workout soreness. This class also offers participants a set of principles that will allow them to treat soreness and tension anywhere in the body in a safe and highly effective way.

Schedule:            Thursday 5:30-6:30pm 

Description:       One hour of belly dance technique and cardio. In this class you will learn isolation techniques of the core, spine, hips, and shoulders. Every class begins with stretch and warm up, isolation drills and then moves into a “crash course” and short combination exploring the techniques of Classic Egyptian belly dancing.
